JOB SUMMARY:
The People Services Project Specialist will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the People Services Department, research, development, and product implementation efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
· Leads and coordinates planning and implementation of various EngageMED programs and initiatives within the department.
· Research, evaluate, and analyze People Service business requirements and processes that have potential impact on operations; generate reports summarizing business data for discussions, projections, and strategic recommendations in response.
· Oversee compliance activities within People Services for areas of oversight. (Licensure verifications, I-9 audits).
· Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of Job descriptions, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
· Outlines the tasks involved in each project to the EVP of People Services.
· Conducts cost analysis, wage studies, estimating expected costs for the project.
· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
· Communicates and collaborates with People Services team to provide training.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and company regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
· Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
