As a family-run global technology and logistics company, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge collaboration and IT support services to industry giants. In this role, you'll proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels, turning connections into sales opportunities. You’ll provide critical sales support to our Account Managers and Sales Directors, helping to manage and forecast sales effectively using Salesforce. With a focus on our fantastic audiovisual products and services, you’ll dive deep into their technical specifications and benefits to communicate effectively to prospective customers. From qualifying leads to conducting engaging virtual sales presentations and driving sales closures, your impactful contributions will truly make a difference! You’ll also collaborate seamlessly with our external sales team and coordinate with technical experts to ensure that all client inquiries are handled promptly. We're looking for a self-motivated go-getter with at least three years of inside sales experience, and while previous audiovisual technology sales experience is a plus, your exceptional communication skills and ability to learn quickly are what really matter.
