The Collection Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of loan recovery officers to ensure the efficient collection of outstanding debts. Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of loan recovery officers.

Debt Recovery Strategy & Execution:
