About The Role
At PipeFlow Pros, our Plumbing Technicians play a critical role in providing expert service across residential and commercial plumbing projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you'll need to work independently, communicate project updates with professionalism, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drains.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues like leaks, blockages, and low water pressure.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide estimates and explain repair options to customers.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for company systems.
Collaborate with other trades as needed on project sites.
Stay updated on plumbing best practices and codes.
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in plumbing service and repair.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and relevant codes.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
Self-motivated with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
