We’re on the lookout for a talented Total Rewards Specialist who has a knack for crafting competitive compensation structures. In this pivotal role, you will have the responsibility of designing, implementing, and managing our cutting-edge compensation and benefits programs, focusing particularly on our incentive structures such as carried interest and both short and long-term incentive plans (STIPs/LTIPs). You’ll lead the development of our total reward strategy, crafting policies that balance base salary, incentives, benefits, and carried interest plans. It's essential that you stay ahead of the curve by driving attractive and competitive total rewards strategies that align with market trends and our company’s business priorities. Your role will also include overseeing our governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with all regulations. If you have at least 8 years of experience in Total Rewards & Benefits, particularly in financial services or private equity, coupled with a bachelor’s degree, you’ll fit right in.
