Associate Director, Group Total Rewards

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist with expertise in compensation structures to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on incentive structures including carried interest, and short and long-term incentive plans (STIPs/ LTIPs).

 

  • Develop total reward strategy including design, implementation, communication, administration and governance of all group compensation programs including base salary, incentives, benefits and carried interest plans.
  • Drive competitive and attractive total rewards strategies that are consistent with market trends and aligned to Company’s business priorities.
  • Oversee governance frameworks related to total rewards and performance management, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation positioning in the industry.
  • Conduct regular total rewards analysis, including pay equity studies, incentive effectiveness, and performance-based rewards.
  • Administer and track carried interest allocations, ensuring accurate distribution and compliance with legal and financial regulations.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with external and internal stakeholders and provide recommendations and solutions on rewards strategies to HR teams and business departments.
  • A bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards & Benefits, and experience in financial services, private equity or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Robust knowledge of HR practices and global rewards & benefits principles.
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities.
  • Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and ability to navigate in unstructured and undefined territories with imperfect information (working in the gray).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
