Job Description

The Quotation Manager Medical Devices will be responsible for managing the quotation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and client requirements. This role will involve close collaboration with business development, sales, and technical teams to develop competitive and compelling quotations for medical device services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quotation requests from new clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and specifications to develop accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize quotations, ensuring alignment with company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date quotation templates and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor quotations accordingly.
  • Track and monitor the quotation pipeline, providing regular updates to management and sales teams.
  • Participate in post-decision reviews to improve future quotation processes and commercial strategies.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and maintained in CRM and other relevant systems.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in the quotation cycle.

Qualifications

For the position of Quotation Manager Medical Devices at Eurofins we select on:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in the medical device industry, preferably in a commercial, technical, or business support role.
  • Understanding of medical device regulations, industry standards, and market dynamics.
  • Strong interest for business environment, capable and eager to combine both scientific and financial skills.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and technical experts.
  • Required proficiency in English is required; additional languages (Dutch for the region of Netherlands, and / or French for Belgium) are a plus.
  • Living and registered in Belgium or the Netherlands. The role will be primarily home-based, with the possibility of a few days per month in the office. We have offices in Nazareth, Leiden, Oss and Nijmegen.
