Senior Manager eCommerce  

As the eCommerce Manager, you will oversee and lead our online retail operations, ensuring seamless integration across all fulfillment channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC), buy online pick up in store (BOPIS), and marketplaces. Your role involves driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, optimizing merchandise discovery, and maintaining operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and stay informed about industry trends and regulations. 

You will develop and execute long-term e-commerce strategies in collaboration with senior management to achieve company objectives, while also embodying the values and behaviors that foster a high-performing and engaged team culture. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own and oversee cross-functional e-commerce business processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

  • Collaborate with various partners including Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Inventory, and Warehouse Managers. 

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, focusing on performance, usability, and customer satisfaction. 

  • Lead a team of site merchants each with category and seasonal ownership. 

  • Deliver best in class merchandise discovery through deep understanding of category performance, assortment, and consumer behavior. 

  • Monitor key business KPIs, identify opportunities, risks, and defects. 

  • Maintain and optimize product data, including photos, descriptions, taxonomy, attributes, pricing, and titles to ensure accuracy and support SEO. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and internal product teams to support marketing campaigns, seasonal sets, and product launches. 

  • Drive continuous improvement to support rapid growth of e-commerce and omni channel revenue. 

  • Manage product content, listings, and promotional activities across third party marketplaces. 

  • Work closely with the product team to support new feature launches and technology improvements. 

  • Build and maintain site content such as homepage layouts, landing pages, and informational pages. 

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ Years experience in e-commerce business operations 

  • Seasoned professional in digital and omni channel B2C retail with knowledge of common tactics and operational best practices. 

  • Extensive knowledge of e-commence related technologies and applications such as product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), content management systems (CMS), A/B testing platforms, and event driven digital analytics toolsets. 

  • Comfortable manipulating and transforming datasets using desktop toolsets, such as Microsoft Excel, to understand trends in the business. 

  • Sophisticated understanding of e-commerce KPIs, funnel metrics, marketing channel attribution, etc. 

  • Self-starter and proactive team player, be able to identify and prioritize highest impact initiatives. 

  • Excellent in organization, scheduling, prioritization, and attention to detail. 

  • Possess strong business acumen, decision-making, and communication skills.
