Product Manager, Transformation & Integrations

FloQast is seeking a Product Manager to join our Transformation and Integration team, which is focused on AI-driven accounting automation and integrations. As part of this role, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to build solutions that streamline customer workflows by connecting ERPs, FinTech apps, and other third-party platforms with our AI-powered agent.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute on a roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful products. If you have experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and financial software and can break down complex accounting challenges into scalable solutions, this could be a great fit. Also, experience building AI-powered workflows would be a significant plus.

What You'll Do
  • Define and drive key initiatives within the Transformation and Integration roadmap.
  • Help expand our list of direct integrations by building customer-facing, turnkey connectors with ERPs, AP and AR systems, expense management tools, payroll platforms, and data solutions.
  • Develop our AI agent platform by defining requirements and use cases for AI-driven automation, ensuring it fits seamlessly into customer workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market.


What You'll Bring
  • Five or more years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS space with a specific focus on finance technology OR Five or more years in an accounting/finance transformation role
  • Experience building integrations with ERP, finance, or other fintech applications
  • Background in accounting or finance with familiarity with accounting workflows
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to work with APIs, integrations, and financial data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable solutions
  • Experience working in agile development with close collaboration with engineers and designers


Bonus Points For
  • Accounting audibility and review experience
  • Knowledge of RPA and low-code workflow automation tools
  • Experience with AI-driven automation, anomaly detection, or automated reconciliations

This job posting is for our Product Manager III, the base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000.  Compensation is not limited to base salary. FloQast values our Total Rewards, and offers a competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Unlimited Vacation.  FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
