Szukamy osoby, która przejmie stery nad całym działem sprzedaży – zarówno w modelu B2C, jak i B2B. Chcemy, by Head of Sales nie tylko zarządzał zespołem, ale też projektował i wdrażał procesy, które pomogą nam podwoić przychody.

Opis stanowiska

  • Budowanie i realizacja strategii sprzedażowej B2C i B2B (PL i rynki zagraniczne).
  • Zarządzanie zespołem sprzedaży (liderzy, handlowcy).

  • Rozwój struktur sprzedażowych.

  • Optymalizacja lejków sprzedażowych i automatyzacja procesów.

  • Ścisła współpraca z działami Marketingu, Customer Success, Produktu.

  • Rekrutacja, rozwój i szkolenie członków zespołu.

  • Monitorowanie i analiza KPI (conversion rate, CAC, lifetime value, etc.)

  • Testowanie i wdrażanie nowych kanałów sprzedaży oraz produktów.

Kwalifikacje

  • Masz min. 4–5 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży w roli managerskiej.

  • Masz udokumentowane doświadczenie w sprzedaży na rynkach zagranicznych (mile widziane rynki europejskie).

  • Umiesz projektować i egzekwować strategię sprzedażową – od opracowania założeń, przez planowanie procesów, po codzienną egzekucję.

  • Wiesz, jak budować sprzedaż New Business „od zera” i jak ją skalować w Polsce i co najmniej na 1 rynku za granicą.

  • Umiesz łączyć pracę na liczbach z codzienną operacyjną egzekucją.

  • Masz doświadczenie w korzystaniu z CRM-ówi narzędzi do automatyzacji.

  • Jesteś samodzielny/a, nastawiony/a na wyniki i lubisz eksperymentować.

  • Mile widziane doświadczenie na rynku sprzedaży usług do HR i/lub rozwiązań edukacyjnych

  • Płynnie komunikujesz się po angielsku i po polsku.
