Job Description

Salary Range $108,200-135,250 DOE

We offer our Team Members the following benefits:

Essential Job Duties:

  • Operational planning & results - maximize equipment availability utilizing all resources available including effective utilization of PM program and work order program.
  • Safety Awareness – develop and maintain safe working practices and an active accident prevention program
  • Organization relationships – establish and maintain good employee relations; monitor and review employee performance, effectively communicate with employees
  • Employee development – encourage and enable employees to attend appropriate courses. Develop and maintain an effective cross training program.
  • Self – development – participate in personnel training programs, Personal development seminars,
  • Decisions prioritizing repairs.
  • Training of Maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

  •     B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
  •     5 years maintenance experience, of which at least 2 are in a production environment.
  •     Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  •     Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
  •     Ability to work well with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  •     Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
