The Role: Senior Performance Manager – Search & Social
As a Senior Performance Manager – Search & Social, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading Slingshot’s paid search and social offering. You will support the Head of Performance in driving the agency’s digital vision, ensuring a cohesive and industry-leading approach to paid search and social channels.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a strong technical understanding of Google Ads, Bing, SA360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and other key platforms. You will lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation, ensuring measurable success for our clients.
You will:
Lead end-to-end paid search and social campaigns, from strategy to execution and reporting.
Act as the go-to expert on paid search and social, solving complex platform issues and advising on best practices.
Drive performance optimisation through data analysis and strategic insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, creative, and execution.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Slingshot remains at the cutting edge of paid search and social.
This Role Is for You If...
You have 6+ years of experience in paid search and social within a media agency.
You thrive on data-driven decision-making and can confidently optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
You have strong technical expertise across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, SA360, Meta, and TikTok.
You can simplify complex ideas, effectively communicating with both clients and internal teams.
You have leadership experience, mentoring junior team members and driving best practices.
