About This Role:

Vori is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Onboarding Manager to work with customers post-sale, ensuring seamless implementations and long-term satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding and beyond while collaborating cross-functionally to refine workflows and drive product adoption.

 What you'll do:

  • Customer Onboarding: Own the post-sale experience, ensuring smooth transitions, addressing blockers, and setting up stores for success.
  • Drive Adoption & Growth: Optimize product usage, increase engagement, and identify new opportunities for services and features.
  • Elevate Internal Processes: Improve onboarding workflows, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Advocate for Customers: Translate customer needs into actionable insights to enhance both product and support experiences.
  • Build a World-Class Team: Help scale operations and cultivate a strong, mission-driven culture.

 What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years implementing complex software with SMBs.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from store associates to executives.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to solve customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Open to travel to customer sites in some cases (15-20% travel)

 Nice To Haves:

  • Experience in payments, point-of-sale, vertical SaaS, or supply chain tech.
  • Grocery industry background is a huge plus.
  • Startup experience or 0→1 product development.
  • Proficiency with Figma for visual communication.
