Generations at Rock Island, in Rock Island, IL, has Immediate openings for a Registered Nurses (RNs) Full-time or Part-time on 1st and Part-time on 2nd shift (3-11p). We also have an Every other Weekend opening on 3rd shift.

Full-time with All Benefits or Part-Time with Part-time Benefits: $37/hour + Sign-on = $42Full-time Waiving INSURANCE only or Part-Time Waiving Part-Time benefits: $42/hour + Sign-on = $47Full-Time No Benefits $44/hour + Sign-on = $49(PRN rate of $44/hour not eligible for sign-on bonus)

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):

• Responsible for the delivery and management of individualized patient care through the nursing process

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Supervise CNAs and ensure shift is properly staffed

• Organize and assign jobs to be completed

• Administer medications and maintain a current report of narcotics received and used

• Monitor infection control and universal precaution practices

Registered Nurse (RN):


• Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed in the State of Illinois

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred

• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented

• Exemplary critical thinking capability

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
