Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing risk and developing trading activities with limited direction from senior staff. Key responsibilities include proactively maintaining and building client relationships, supporting clients with buying and selling financial products, and developing and implementing trading strategies to achieve revenue goals. Job expectations include having in-depth knowledge of risk management, hedging, and trading strategies as well as market characteristics.
The Short Term Fixed Income Trading team, within Bank of America Short End Trading, provides liquidity to issuers and investors in short maturity credit products. Traders within the team are responsible for market making and executing a range of trades across short term fixed income products. The Short Term Fixed Income Trading team is responsible for liaising with sales and syndicate in order to grow market share and trading footprint with the relevant issuers and investors in the space.
