Job Summary
The goal of a Recruiter I is to hire top talent for our rapid growing organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Source, identify and qualify high quality candidates through LinkedIn, cold calling, employee referrals, campus recruitment, etc.
Management of a successful full cycle recruiting process from initial interviews to start date.
Deliver on quarterly hiring goals.
Contribute to the overall team success in meeting company-wide hiring goals.
Assist with additional responsibilities such as marketing, social media, administrative duties, and campus events.
Professional development opportunities from the recruiter role include, but are not limited to, senior level roles, management, and flexibility with a proven track record.
Compensation Summary
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $57,000 - $81,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package consists of a base salary and quarterly bonus. In addition to our starting compensation package, you are eligible for promotions and income increases year over year.
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
1-2 years of high-quality, high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
Legally authorized to work the United States
