As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing business processes and gathering crucial business requirements for systems that are vital to the Agency’s operational capabilities. Your journey will begin on Wednesday, 01 October 2025, with an initial contract lasting 12 months, and the potential for extensions beyond that. The role is primarily based in Canberra, although flexible work arrangements and remote work may be considered. You'll play a key role in the modernization of technology that supports frontline policing and protective services. In this position, you'll undertake business analysis, conduct workshops to gather requirements, document processes, and liaise between stakeholders and the project team. Your insights will drive the development and evolution of foundational technology platforms, ensuring they meet the strategic goals set out in the Agency Technology Strategy 2025.
