Join our amazing team at an outstanding mental health facility as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Lewiston, Maine! In this full-time role, you'll earn between $80,000 and $90,000 a year, plus a great benefits package, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. As an LMFT, your main mission will be to provide exceptional support to individuals, couples, and families facing emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. You'll use your skills to conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). We value collaboration, and you'll work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients. You'll also have the chance to lead therapy sessions that promote healthy communication and relationship dynamics. Keeping accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations is a critical part of your role, as is participating in case consultations and ongoing education to enhance your professional skills. If you hold a valid LMFT license in Maine, possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, and have at least 1-2 years of clinical experience (though we welcome new graduates with supervised hours!), we encourage you to apply.
