To qualify for this rewarding position, you'll need a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, along with an active license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT). A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges is essential, as are strong interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively. Experience with electronic medical records is a plus but not a requirement.
