We are looking for an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will provide essential therapeutic services to clients while contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM โ€“ 5 PM

Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and design individualized treatment plans
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions for individuals dealing with mental health issues such as depression, trauma, anxiety, and more
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills
  • Provide insights for continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
