Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus benefits

In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide therapy to adults via live video sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.
  • Use clinical tools and assessments to measure progress and refine treatment strategies.
  • Document sessions and treatment plans through a user-friendly platform designed for efficiency.
  • Consult with clinical leadership as needed to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus.
  • At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.
  • Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for integrating digital tools into therapy.
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care to all populations.
