Currently hiring for a full-time Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) position in California

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical records. Job Types: Full-time 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess family needs and facilitate appropriate linkages for families to community-based services.
  • Work within a crisis driven environment with a knowledge base of substance abuse and addiction, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and mental health conditions.
  • Provide education to other members of the team around clients’ psychosocial stressors and needs, to ensure positive outcomes for families.
  • Document patient medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, or outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
  • Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
