We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Sales & Customer Relations Representative to join our team full-time, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm New Jersey.

In this role, you will be the face of our company, handling a variety of tasks that connect us with our customers in the field. From sales presentations and client outreach to assisting with job order fulfillment, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, meeting people, and making a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door marketing and introduce the company to potential clients, leaving promotional materials and gathering key information.

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments to present company offerings and explain services to prospective customers.

• Assist in fulfilling job orders by delivering proofs, collecting corrections, picking up contracts or payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide customer feedback to the office and maintain strong client relationships.

• Print materials at Staples or other locations if necessary for client visits.

• Report to the office once a week for updates and to receive further instructions.

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong English proficiency; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Sales experience preferred; must be presentable and business-savvy.

• Detail-oriented and sharp, with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.

• Reliable vehicle for travel; compensation for gas, wear and tear, and other car expenses will be provided.

• Monthly compensation: $2500 gross + car-related expenses (gas, wear and tear, and mileage).

• After you have established yourself in the role, we provide flexibility with your schedule
