Hazel Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative to enhance access to healthcare for school districts across the USA. This remote role involves prospecting, lead generation, and coordinating with sales teams to foster partnerships.
Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery calls, and maintaining organized records of outreach activities in Salesforce.
Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of lead generation or inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a mission-driven mindset, strong empathy for school district challenges, and a growth-oriented attitude, eager to learn.
Location: This position is fully remote, available to candidates in select states across the USA, including CA, TX, NY, and others.
Compensation: $28 - $28 / Hourly

The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hazel Health, you will play a key role in expanding our reach to school districts across the country, helping to connect more students with access to high-quality healthcare. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, and other channels in order to build pipeline for our Sales team.
Your day-to-day will include conducting outbound prospecting, following up on any inbound leads, marketing leads, and scheduling initial calls with district decision-makers. You'll be the first point of contact for potential partners, sparking conversations that lead to impactful partnerships between Hazel Health and school communities.
