As a HR Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team specializing in HR and organizational data analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include data processing, conducting advanced statistical analyses, and delivering valuable business insights.

 

YOU WILL

  • Preparing and structuring data – Collecting, cleaning, and transforming raw data into a structured format for analysis.
  • Conducting advanced statistical analyses – Performing regression modeling, time series analysis, and other quantitative methods to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Creating reports and dashboards – Developing clear and concise visual presentations of data insights for business stakeholders.
  • Identifying trends and providing insights – Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency – Monitoring data quality and troubleshooting inconsistencies to improve reporting reliability.
  • Collaborating with project teams – Working closely with internal teams and clients to understand analytical needs and provide solutions.
  • A higher education degree (preferably in economics, business analytics, statistics, work psychology, or quantitative social sciences).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to independently conduct regression and time series analyses.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
