Utility/Busperson, Hudson and Nash - Hilton San Diego Bayfront

Rising above the San Diego Bay and steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the Hilton San Diego Bayfront where our Team Members love being a part of our award-winning culture. The team is currently looking to add a Utility/Busperson to their team. Hourly Range: The hourly rate for this role is $18.12 - $ 22.65 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role as a busperson in a full service restaurant and open availability to work a flexible and varied schedule. Hotel experience is a plus!

What will I be doing?  

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:  

  • Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.  

  • Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)  

  • Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.  

  • Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area  

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner  

  • Running of Food and beverage from the kitchen and or bar to designated areas clearing trash as needed   

  • Filing beverages at tables as needed
