We are seeking an Account Manager to join the Gulf Central regional team. The role involves managing annual renewals, expanding district partnerships, identifying needs for new products and services, and building strong relationships with district stakeholders. This individual will also collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Success Managers responsible for acquiring new partners.
Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience may be eligible for the Senior Account Manager title depending on their qualifications and expertise.

As the NWEA Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you’ll be taking a pivotal role in facilitating this mission, especially within the Gulf Central region. If you have 3+ years of sales experience, you might even qualify for the Senior Account Manager title! In this remote position, your primary focus will be managing and growing our existing relationships with school districts, ranging from 1,500 to 25,000 students. You’ll be the go-to contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they remain loyal partners. Through proactive communication strategies, you’ll uncover needs while driving product adoption and managing annual renewals. You’ll also collaborate closely with Account Executives and Partner Success Managers to create new partnership opportunities. Having a strong understanding of NWEA's assessment products and services, along with a knack for building relationships, is essential for success in this role. You’ll utilize your consultative sales skills to tailor solutions to each district's unique needs, conduct webinars, and maintain accurate client information in Salesforce. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field, and an understanding of K-12 educational methods is a plus.
