Job Role: Loan Processor 

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australian Timezone)

Salary range: $1800-$2200  AUD / Monthly

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial processes, enabling them to work effectively with business partners, brokers, and clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing loan documents and other administrative tasks 
  • Collect information from clients
  • Review applications thoroughly 
  • Prepare loan documents, processing application, handling post settlement, valuation, and compliance, etc 
  • Maintain up to date loan records
  • Other adhoc tasks - sending out loan documents, etc 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Loan Processor preferably in an Australian loan company. 
  • Experience in mortgage brokerage 
  • Needs experience in all bank portals (pricings, valuations etc)
  • ST experience although preferred if they haven’t had experience we need someone who has had experience with a similar CRM
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to adapt quickly to company’s internal tools such as AOL and bank portal 
  • Abiltiy to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
