Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite, or a similar ERP system, and a solid understanding of maintaining budgets versus actuals. This role involves participating in daily, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis to assist senior management in managing the company. Key responsibilities include reviewing and reporting operating expenses, calculating sales mix and volume variances, billing and backlog analysis, updating financial models, preparing executive slides, and contributing to the development of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts.

Responsibilities

●      Maintain and update results in the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) system.

●      Ensure reconciliation between NetSuite G/L and NetSuite Planning.

●      Update forecasts including headcount/salary planning, capital expenditures, and general ledger accounts.

●      Monthly: Align HR census with budgeted departments monthly, prepare consolidated financial packages, bridge significant variances, distribute opex department variance reports, and coordinate review meetings with functional senior managers.

●      Quarterly: Refresh financial forecast for current fiscal year, review sales commissions, and prepare executive and board package slides.

●      Annual: Participate in annual budget and new scorecard metrics

●      Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial analyst. Corporate FP&A experience is preferred.

●      B.S. or B.A. in accounting or finance. MBA or CPA is a plus.

●      Advanced Excel skills are required.

●      Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP system) and performing transaction-level research.

●      Ability to work both independently on projects and in cross-functional teams, with a proactive approach to contacting other departments/subject matter experts when additional data is needed.

●      On-site position based in Santa Ana, CA.

Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Our compensation philosophy ensures that your contributions are recognized and rewarded, promoting both your professional development and personal well-being.

Base Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000
