Client Coordinator

Life at It's Just Lunch:
Currently, we are hiring for this position as a remote opportunity. Therefore, we are accepting candidates who are located in Central and Eastern time zones.   There are employee contests with great prizes and we offer many opportunities to receive bonuses. We work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Pacific time - no late nights, travel or weekends required. The compensation package consists of a combination of your base rate and monthly bonus opportunities ranging from $40,000 - $60,000/annually, including a host of comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, etc). Opportunity Overview:
From your very first call, you will start changing lives forever! We have always known what it takes to bring the right people together and that’s never been more important than it is today. From scheduling and confirming dates, scheduling our clients for their personal interview and dating coaching sessions, obtaining feedback on how dates went, and using your creativity and vision to make a client's profile come to life, you will have a huge impact on our clients dating experience. 

How can you make that happen, you ask?! We have a fantastic training program that can transform you into an It's Just Lunch Client Coordinator. 

Work From Home Requirements:
You will be required to work in your own “home office” with an IJL-provided laptop; your home office must be equipped with internet (meet bandwidth requirements), and must be a conducive environment that allows for privacy, quiet, good lighting and is appropriate to attend a team or client video meeting. The employee is responsible for all related home office expenses (outside of the IJL-provided laptop).

Ideal Candidate:
To be a successful Client Coordinator you need to be someone who is passionate about helping others find their special someone, and is enthusiastic about giving our clients the best experience possible. This requires a positive and energetic attitude and excellent communication skills, especially over the phone. In addition, you need to have been in a customer service and/or sales role for at least two years, ideally working with professional, upscale clientele. You should be self-motivated, goal oriented and bonus driven with great organization and attention to detail.
