We're looking for a Product Manager, Lions Intelligence  to join our team in London as part of our Product function.

 

Your Role:  You will be a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager, working on the LIONS portfolio of subscription products. Your role will span product and delivery, combining a strategic mindset with hands-on delivery expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, translate business requirements, and ensure product solutions are backed by data, research, and a deep understanding of user needs. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support portfolio of subscription products: Taking ownership of a feature or product area, ensuring that they align with business goals and deliver meaningful customer experiences 

  • Product lifecycle support and maintenance - including refining product backlog, managing routine requests from stakeholders, triaging and prioritising bugs, and supporting sprint ceremonies.. 

  • Define product strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into clear product/module strategies that drive growth and retention. 

  • Outcome-driven product development: Utilise methodologies like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to ensure product decisions are data-driven and focused on delivering measurable business impact. 

  • User testing and research: Lead and participate in user testing, A/B testing, and customer research initiatives to validate hypotheses, enhance user experience, and ensure products meet market needs. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, data science, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. 

  • Stakeholder communication: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of product vision, priorities, and expected outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar role. 

  • A customer-centric mindset, with experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate and refine product decisions. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with product analytics and user research tools.
