We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our team, focusing on the US & UK regions.

With 4+ years of sales experience in the Digital, E-commerce, or Affiliate Marketing industries, you'll have the opportunity to work with top-tier brands and retailers in the Fashion and Home sectors. If you're ready to make an impact and drive growth, we want you to start as soon as possible.

Your key responsibilities

● Sign and launch exciting new affiliate partnerships with top brands and retailers across US and UK in the Fashion and Home industries.

● Develop, nurture and drive new business relationships through a mix of networking, inbound marketing, company lead generation, and targeted outreach, all aimed at building long-lasting connections.

● Lead, support and grow your key accounts, ensuring you consistently exceed sales targets and establish strong, lasting partnerships.

● Optimize performance for your portfolio by actively monitoring key KPIs daily and taking quick, impactful actions to maximize success - coordinating with internal Product, Marketing and Engineering teams.

● Collaboratively achieve sales targets and drive consistent performance while sharing key learnings with the team.

● Consistently exceed individual and team performance targets through a proactive and results-driven approach.

● Play a key role in the growth of our US and UK markets, by executing innovative growth initiatives and actively participating in team goal-setting sessions to shape our collective success.

What you bring along

● 4+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management, with a strong focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets while speaking fluent English

● Proven ability to hit and exceed challenging goals through a driven, proactive, and persistent approach, with a track record of consistently outperforming sales targets.

● Experience of working in or with affiliate networks or a client side role with a large affiliate marketing program.

● Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, prioritization, and time management skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

● Experience in performance reporting and navigating analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive results.

● Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation software, ensuring clear and impactful reporting and presentations.

● We work across Stylight and MyBestBrands, and any new properties which are added to our portfolio.
