Instructure is seeking a Field Events Marketing Manager to oversee trade shows and events for the Higher Education marketing team, focusing on creating engaging customer experiences through effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, negotiating partnerships, communicating project status to stakeholders, and executing and analyzing events to ensure success.
Skills: Candidates should possess exceptional organizational and project management skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft and project management software like Asana.
Qualifications: A self-starter with a passion for events and marketing, along with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effective budget management skills are preferred.
Location: This is a remote position available to applicants in the USA.
Compensation: $75000 - $90000 / Annually

As Field Marketing Manager for Higher Education, you are responsible for ensuring that our many trade show presences go off without a hitch. You’re also supporting some of our owned events, including webinars, and working on backend campaign processes like campaign setup, list uploads, event brief documentation, vendor sourcing/setup, and budget tracking.
You plan, run and report on these shows to ensure that we are creating meaningful engagements for our customers and prospective customers.
The Field Event Manager is part of the Higher Education marketing team. Your will report to the Director of Higher Education Marketing and work on a team that includes demand generation, account based marketing, digital media and content marketing. You’ll work hand-in-hand with many internal stakeholders across Instructure, including other marketing departments, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Development, Finance, Operations, Community and more!
To be successful you will blend your passion for customer experiences with your creativity, exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
