Job Description: 

We are driving platform software development at Intel through the creation of early, robust system simulators.We deliver integrated simulation capabilities ahead of silicon production and work with BIOS, firmware, and software teams to develop and integrate platform software.

As a Software Intern in our team, you will develop pieces of software in a supportive team, will also learn about Intel's architecture, simulation, and the pre-Silicon ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Advanced communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications, you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical engineering or related (at least 1 or 2 years left before graduation ).
  • 6+ months of experience in Software development and software engineering with relevant schoolwork or personal projects related to coding in languages such as: C, Python, Perl, C#, C++ or similar.
  • 3+ months of experience or related completed courses in Computer Architecture and Systems Architecture.
  • Advanced English level.

The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and or schoolwork/classes/research.

          

A candidate who accepts an offer of employment in Mexico is required to present their own personal identification information and numbers for the following: Mexican Security Number (NSS), Tax Identification Number (RFC) and CURP identification number.
