We're looking for a full-time Junior Systems Administrator to join our Operations team at Iterable. In this role, you’ll help maintain and improve our Salesforce instance and the systems connected to it. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day Salesforce operations—from maintaining clean data and customizing layouts to supporting integrations and optimizing processes.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Salesforce Administrators and have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members while collaborating across departments like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the configuration and upkeep of Salesforce, including custom fields, objects, page layouts, Flows, and validation rules.
  • Partner with Senior Salesforce Administrators and consultants to learn best practices and expand your knowledge.
  • Help document internal processes, configuration decisions, and how-to guides for users.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing third-party integrations tied to Salesforce.
  • Identify ways to reduce redundancy, maintain data integrity, and improve overall system functionality.
  • Provide user support for Salesforce and related tools, addressing escalated issues as needed.
  • Contribute to other projects as assigned by the Operations team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have a degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or similar hands-on experience.
  • 6+ months of experience in a related role.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Motivated to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Eager to solve problems with thoughtful Salesforce solutions and automation.
