JBG SMITH, a Maryland real estate investment trust, owns, operates and develops mixed-use properties concentrated in amenity-rich, Metro-served submarkets in and around Washington, D.C., most notably National Landing, that we believe have long-term growth potential and appeal to residential, office and retail tenants. Through an intense focus on placemaking, JBG SMITH cultivates vibrant, highly amenitized, walkable neighborhoods throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Approximately 75.0% of our holdings are in the National Landing submarket in Northern Virginia, which is anchored by four key demand drivers: Amazon's headquarters; Virginia Tech's $1 billion Innovation Campus; proximity to the Pentagon; and our placemaking initiatives and public infrastructure improvements. In addition, our third-party asset management and real estate services business provides fee-based real estate services.
JBG SMITH's dynamic portfolio currently comprises 14.2 million square feet of high-growth office, multifamily, and retail assets at share, 99% of which are Metro-served. It also maintains a development pipeline encompassing 8.8 million square feet of mixed-use, primarily multifamily, development opportunities.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst in Asset Management will be responsible for preparing financial analysis and modeling that will assist the Asset Management team in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of each of the assets within its portfolio. In that capacity, the Financial Analyst will interact with the investment, development, property management, leasing and accounting teams as well as Senior Management at JBG SMITH.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline.
