Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an accurate revenue pipeline and provide pipeline analysis for regional business line leads to review. 
• Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606 guidelines.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial decks for regional business line.
• Ensure the Accounts Receivable objectives and metrics are met - oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due.
• Participate in month end close, including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner providing commentary for unresolved items.
• Assist with Budgets and Forecasts as needed.
• Account analysis review for accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• A degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience  
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.  
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced user of Excel (charts, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Tableau, and Hyperion preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.
• Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs.
• Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
• Understanding of and commitment to client services.
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
