As a Client Success Manager, you will support clients across diverse industries by delivering expert product training, driving user adoption, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities to optimize product usage and resolve challenges with a consultative approach. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions, and contribute to internal training initiatives.
