I am looking for an Executive Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. 

If you’re highly organized and enjoy streamlining processes, this role is for you! 

You’ll be a key player in managing my calendar, handling emails, and ensuring everything is in order so I can focus on big-picture strategy.

More specifically, you will:

📅 Manage calendar and schedule meetings.
📧 Oversee email correspondence and keep communications organized.
📂 Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and important information.
🖥️ Use Google Suite and Microsoft tools to stay on top of everything.

👨🏻‍💻 Conduct Research when required.
🛠️ Incorporate technology to improve efficiency and organization.

We’re looking for someone with a direct communication style, who can step back and assess situations objectively.

⏰Working Hours :  This is a full-time role, working from 6 AM – 2 PM Eastern Time.

To excel in this role, you need to be: 

✅ 3 years + experience as a virtual Executive Assistant.

✅ Experience working for an international /US based company. 

✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
✅ Extensive experience with Google Suite and Microsoft.
✅ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

✅ Great problem solving skills.
✅ Tech-savvy and always looking for ways to improve systems.

Brownie points for:

⭐ Prior experience working with attorneys or professional services.

What’s in it for you?

💰 Salary :  $2000 - $2500  per month*
🌍 Full-time : Fully remote role
🏖️ Paid Time Off :  20 days, plus public holidays (can be substituted for U.S. holidays).
