Description du poste

En tant que stagiaire Growth Operations Analyst, tu travailleras en lien direct avec le Manager de l’équipe Revenue Operations et tu auras un impact direct sur la croissance de notre MRR. 

 

En collaboration avec l’équipe Sales, l’équipe Marketing et l’équipe Revenue Operations, tu interviens en amont du cycle de vente et tu te positionnes comme un allié stratégique de nos équipes sales :  sur base de l’ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), ton objectif est d’assurer le ciblage, l’enrichissement et la qualification des prospects et contacts pour permettre aux équipes Sales d’atteindre leurs objectifs.   

 

Plus précisément :

  • Tu t’assures de la qualité de la donnée de notre CRM: les comptes stratégiques à prospecter figurent bien dans notre base et la data associée est à jour: taille, secteur, maillage groupe. Tu nous aides à repérer et ajouter les contacts clés à prospecter.

  • Tu alimentes le portefeuille des équipes commerciales et tu t’assures que les comptes clefs sont bien travaillés par les équipes commerciales 

  • Tu aides les commerciaux à prioriser leurs listes de prospects via le scrap d’autres jobboards, la veille active d’autres marchés et les dernières levées de fonds 

  • Tu es garant de la centralisation, de l’analyse de la performance des cadences de prospection et de leur amélioration continue.

Qualifications

  • Tu as une première expérience au sein du département Opérations d’une start-up / scale-up.

  • Tu es structuré(e) et rigoureux(se) ce qui te permet de traiter un large volume de données de manière méthodique.  

  • Tu es proactif(ve) et aime challenger les process en place. 

  • Tu parles français et anglais couramment. 

  • Tu maîtrises Google Sheet et Excel et les outils de scrapping, comme Webscrapper. La connaissance de Salesforce, de Sales Navigator, Lusha, Kaspr ou Dropcontact est un plus.
