Inpatient Unit Manager

Inpatient Unit Manager: Registered Nurse who is responsible for directing and managing the Inpatient staff, responding to physician concerns, overseeing the day-to-day organization and direction of inpatient services at KSRC and evaluating the quality of nursing care provided to all surgery patients. 

 

HOURS

Full-time, Monday through Friday, salaried position.

Experience with critical care and post-operative patients—three to five years critical care preferred. Experience in management with an emphasis on communication and decision-making skills.

 

EDUCATION

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.  Prefer Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Must maintain a current RN license with the State of Kansas.  Current BLS and ALS certification required.
