Business Development Representative

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drive Kenko’s growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • Own lead generation through door-to-door sales, cold calls, emails, and follow-ups—this role involves 80% travel.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and keep account data up to date in HubSpot.
  • Partner with Account Executives to set up meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Consistently hit outbound prospecting targets and key performance metrics.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, field sales, cold calling, or a similar high-energy role.

  • A natural ability to build relationships and connect with decision-makers.
  • Experience in SMS/Mid-Market sales is a plus, but a passion for sales is what matters most.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking, email marketing, and reporting.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves hitting goals.
