Professional Learning Partner

As a Professional Learning Partner at Kiddom, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact professional learning sessions to educators and instructional leaders, both virtually and in person. You'll tailor each experience to align with district-specific instructional priorities and maintain open communication pre- and post-session for continued support. Your collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives will ensure a unified approach to customer needs.

To qualify for the Professional Learning Partner position at Kiddom, candidates should possess over five years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or professional learning facilitation. A strong understanding of HQIM and adult learning best practices is essential, along with excellent facilitation skills and the ability to foster relationships with various educators and district leaders.
