Located in the beautiful Deerfield, IL office, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in civil engineering projects throughout their lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role, providing invaluable construction services during the design, bidding, and actual construction phases. In the design phase, you’ll conduct thorough constructability reviews and facilitate schedule planning, ensuring that everything aligns perfectly before the project kicks off. As the project moves into the bidding phase, you will take charge of coordinating bids and managing pre-bid meetings, making sure all potential contractors have the information they need to submit strong proposals. Once we’re in the construction phase, your keen observational skills will be essential as you oversee construction schedules, conduct inspections, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. With 5+ years of Construction Management experience under your belt, you’ll be the go-to person for your communication prowess and technical abilities.
