If you're an Experienced Electrical EIT looking to make an impact in the Renewable Energy sector, Kimley-Horn's Charlotte office is eagerly waiting for you! With over 2 years of experience under your belt, you'll dive into designing innovative electrical systems that encompass solar, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, and building electrical. Collaborating with a vibrant team, you'll play a vital role in a variety of exciting projects including power distribution, photometrics, and lighting. Your days will be filled with project meetings both internally and with clients, where your input will help shape the direction of projects. Not only will you prepare detailed project specifications and cost estimates, but you'll also engage in cross-functional teamwork that guarantees quality work and client retention. Your strong grounding in the National Electrical Code, proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, and, ideally, experience with BIM will serve you well as you contribute to the development of impactful reports, design documents, and power analyses.
