Job Description Summary:

E-Commerce Sales Intern (Amazon & Walmart)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Amazon and Walmart marketplace operations. Responsibilities include assisting with product listings, sales tracking, SEO optimization, customer service, advertising campaigns, and market research. The ideal candidate is currently studying Business, Marketing, or a related field, and has strong communication and analytical skills. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital sales, e-commerce tools, and marketplace strategy.

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center

Monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, and product availability

Conduct keyword research and update product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms for SEO

Help manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high ratings

Support promotional planning, including deal creation and advertising setup (e.g., Amazon PPC, Walmart ads)

Generate sales reports and provide insights based on data analytics

Collaborate with the operations team to track inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment

Assist with competitor research and market trend analysis

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

Strong interest in online retail and digital marketplaces

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis is a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Amazon or Walmart Seller tools is a plus, but not required

The anticipated compensation range is

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
