Kochava provides a unified platform with solutions for advertisers and publishers across the omni-channel advertising ecosystem to link media investments to outcomes.  


Kochava is a leader in providing advertising solutions including last click and multi-touch attribution, MMM and incrementality, and activation capabilities for media sources like Apple Search Ads.  Kochava serves 20 of the top 25 streaming media brands, leading global QSR’s, and the leading commerce and social brands in the world.  


For premium publishers, Kochava also delivers real-time outcomes based measurement for leading premium publishers including all major CTV OEM’s, streaming leaders like NBCU and Spotify, and gaining considerable traction across RMN’s and ad-embedded providers like Uber.


We enable the visibility into and management of trillions of data points, hundreds of millions of users, and billions of dollars in lifetime value (LTV) and paid ad spend. Our suite of solutions are used as a growth stack for leading brands and publishers - empowering them to see and manage their data and unleash the power of their connected audiences.


At Kochava, we count on our executive team to solve complex business problems with creativity and passion, always looking to learn something new.  We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Office (CRO) to join us on this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, sales, marketing, global brand equity, and partnerships. Together with other members of the executive team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening sales operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting new revenue streams.


Ideal candidates can work remotely from one of the following approved US states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington or Wyoming.


Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans.
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating departments.
  • Manage a global sales team and marketing team (Content and Performance) that can drive new business growth across all customer segments and profiles.
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by incorporating agency and partner engagement.
  • Represent Kochava as a spokesperson - augmenting our bench of leaders who can communicate on behalf of the company as an executive.
  • Build and foster a focus toward continuing our culture of innovation.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, supporting pipelines of signal for competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
  • Stay well-connected with prospects & customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
  • Collaborate with business unit GM’s, finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue growth goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions.


Experience/Skills Required
  • Believer in our mission and understands the business & eco-system.
  • Grit and Determination.  Selling measurement technology as a bootstrapped company against competitors who have more money than vision is not for the faint at heart. Operating with urgency and grace is paramount while inspiring the team to act with the same.
  • 5 Tool Player: Can effectively lead across all net-new revenue-generating motions: inbound/outbound lead gen, outbound sales, inside sales, customer success engagement and partnership engagement.
  • Data Driven. Experienced in pipeline metrics, forecasting, and conversion analysis; has the hands-on insight to synthesise; Strong appreciation for details and tools.
  • Curiosity and attention to detail across deals, deal cycles, objection handling - and a leadership style to drive teams to create repeatable rigor to do the same.
  • Significant general management and P&L experience.
  • Experience with growth channel management and digital media.
  • History of decision-making based on business metrics.
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach to drive team ownership.
  • 10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing the above.


Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasn’t readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
