What you'll do:
Oversee and engage with Krea's online community of creatives, ensuring a vibrant and supportive environment.
Manage and expand our artist program, building relationships with artists to promote collaboration and innovation.
Collect and analyze feedback from users to identify and highlight exemplary use cases of Krea's tools.
Plan, coordinate, and execute regular events in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, and Europe to enhance community interaction and brand presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with company objectives and resonate with our creative audience.
Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation and satisfaction.
Monitor and report on community trends and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Example tacit skills we're looking for:
Proven experience in community management and event planning, preferably within the creative or tech industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse community.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience in organizing events, from conception to execution, including logistics, promotion, and evaluation.
Familiarity with online community platforms and tools.
Creative background and experience with AI and creative tools.
Your efforts will directly contribute to building a dynamic and engaged community, showcasing the innovative applications of Krea's tools, and strengthening our presence in key creative hubs.
