Job Purpose:
To sit within the cluster leadership team with input into strategic decisions, responsible for operational decisions to support implementation of the strategic plan and oversee revenue generation elements of KKI’s promotional roles. Responsible for coaching, leading and managing a team of Patient Journey Managers (Key Account Managers).
