What you'll do:

Lead the Safety and Security Coordinator
Review and update policies and best practices for all areas of safety and security as directed by the Director of Security
Onboard and schedule safety and security volunteers
Manage incident reports and action plans
Assist with training, event planning, and coordination
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
Complete office timekeeping, prepare and manage expense reports, code and submit invoices for payment
Coordinate with vendors, purchase equipment, and supplies
Issue and maintain door access, alarm codes, ID cards, Automatic External Defibrillators, medical bags, and campus first aid kits
Assist the Director of Security and manage schedules
Prepare reports and other documents as needed
Maintain statistical information, spreadsheets, files, and databases
Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
