Job Description
The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Supervisor maintains the integrity of the community at all times to provide a safe and secure living and working environment. The Maintenance Supervisor is a customer centered individual who possesses the organizational and leadership skills necessary to run an efficient maintenance team.

The pay for this position is $34.49 per hour depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate lives.

As the Maintenance Supervisor at The Standard at College Park in College Park, MD, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our community remains a safe and inviting place for residents and staff alike. Safety will be your priority, as you understand and enforce emergency and evacuation procedures.
