Legal Practice Assistant (Hybrid Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Practice Assistant with experience in real estate law to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with administrative and legal tasks related to real estate transactions, document preparation, and case management. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a keen understanding of real estate legal processes.


This role is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys specializing in real estate law.
  • Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents, including contracts, leases, closing documents, and title reports.
  • Coordinate and manage real estate transaction documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials as needed.
  • Maintain and organize client files, ensuring compliance with legal and firm policies.
  • Prepare and submit filings with courts, government agencies, and other legal entities.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to real estate legal matters.
  • Manage billing and invoicing for legal services rendered.
